Costs & Processing

Costs and processing of the SG Arrival Card

Practical information about the cost, processing time and validity of the SG Arrival Card.

Official cost

The SG Arrival Card is free of charge on the official ICA website and through the MyICA mobile application. There is no government fee for submitting it.

Third-party services

Several third-party websites offer to submit the SG Arrival Card on the traveller's behalf for a fee. These services are not operated by the Government of Singapore and add no value beyond filling in the same official form. Travellers can complete the submission themselves in a few minutes.

Processing time

The SG Arrival Card is a declaration, not an application. There is nothing to approve. Once submitted, an acknowledgement email is sent within a few minutes. The card is immediately linked to the passport in ICA's system.

Submission window

  • The card can be submitted up to three days (72 hours) before arrival.
  • The day of arrival counts as one of the three days.
  • Earlier submissions are rejected by the system.

Validity

The SG Arrival Card is valid for the specific arrival declared on the form. Each new entry into Singapore — including land crossings from Malaysia, cruise calls and return trips — requires a new SG Arrival Card. There is no multi-entry version.

Corrections and re-submissions

There is no fee for re-submitting the SG Arrival Card. If trip information changes, a new submission with the corrected information supersedes the previous one. See What to do if you made a mistake.

The SG Arrival Card is free on the official ICA website. Any fee charged elsewhere is for a third-party service, not for the SGAC itself.
