Requirements

SG Arrival Card requirements

A summary of the conditions and information needed to submit the SG Arrival Card and to be admitted into Singapore.

Passport

  • Valid for at least six months from the date of entry into Singapore.
  • Machine-readable and undamaged.
  • Name on the SG Arrival Card must match the passport exactly.

Eligibility

The SG Arrival Card must be submitted by every foreign traveller entering Singapore, regardless of visa status. Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents and travellers in pure airside transit at Changi are exempt. The SGAC is not a visa — travellers who require a visa must obtain one separately. See SGAC vs. visa and entry requirements.

Information required for submission

  • Full passport details, including number, name, nationality, date of birth and expiry date.
  • Date of arrival and mode of transport (air, sea or land).
  • Flight number, vessel name or land checkpoint.
  • Last city or port of embarkation.
  • Address of the accommodation in Singapore.
  • Travel history of the 14 days before arrival.
  • A valid email address for the acknowledgement.

Electronic health declaration

The form includes a short health declaration covering the 14 days before arrival. The questions can vary depending on the public-health situation at the time of travel. For an overview, see The SG Arrival Card and the electronic health declaration.

Other documents that may be checked at the border

  • Onward or return ticket.
  • Sufficient funds for the duration of the stay.
  • Yellow fever vaccination certificate if arriving from or transiting through a country with a risk of transmission.
  • Visa, if your nationality requires one.
